Ferrara replaced Claudio Ranieri as coach on a temporary basis at the end of last season before landing the job on a permanent basis in the summer.
However, reports have claimed that Ferrara is fighting for his job following last week's UEFA Champions League defeat by Bordeaux and Sunday's loss at Cagliari.
The Old Lady face Inter Milan in Serie A this weekend knowing another defeat would leave them 11 points behind the leaders, while Juve must avoid being beaten by Bayern Munich next week in order to qualify for the knockout phase of the Champions League.
Blanc is aware of the importance of the next two matches for the club, but says there are no plans in place to dispense with Ferrara.
"The next few games won't change our project, we will stick to it," said Blanc.
"I saw my boys really mad. This hunger and rage can be turned into great results.
"Many big clubs have been suffering from a deep crisis. That's the way football works, but we will get out of this tunnel.
"Ferrara is not at risk."
