Louis van Gaal admits his job at Bayern Munich is under threat. Dutchman admits improvement is needed
The Dutch legend took charge of Bayern in the summer - but things have not gone according to plan.
Bayern currently sit in eighth place in the Bundesliga and they face league leaders Bayer Leverkusen this weekend.
"I have to produce results," said the Dutchman.
"If I don't, I'll be fired. We have to win. The club needs success, but so does the coach."
Van Gaal did play down reports that he was not seeing eye-to-eye with general manager Uli Hoeness and president Franz Beckenbauer.
"We're always honest, clear and direct. We have the same objectives," he said.
