Derby midfielder Stephen Pearson is weighing up his options after being offered a new deal at Pride Park.
Rams boss Nigel Clough has admitted the club are in talks with the Scotland international about fresh terms with his current contract due to expire in the summer.
Clough is hopeful of agreeing a new contract with Pearson, but the player's agent, Willie McKay, has revealed the 27-year-old is considering all his options with other clubs keeping tabs on Pearson's situation.
"Stephen is a free agent in June and obviously some clubs have spoken to me to ask about his situation," McKay told sky sports.
"There has been some dialogue with Derby and they have offered him a new one-year deal.
"Stephen has been unlucky with injuries at Derby, but he has a wealth of experience having played in the Champions League for Celtic and the Premier League for Derby.
"Stephen is keen to secure his long-term future and we are waiting to see if that will be with Derby or another club."
