Bayern Munich have gone level with Bayer Leverkusen at the top of the Bundesliga.

Bayern sealed maximum points with a comfortable 3-0 win at Wolfsburg, but leaders Bayer slipped up as they were held 1-1 at lowly Bochum.

On a day which went for Bayern, third placed Schalke dropped three points behind the Munich giants as they were held to a goalless draw at Freiburg.

Hamburg moved up to fourth but they threw away a two-goal lead at Cologne as they drew 3-3.

Hoffenheim moved into seventh after a 2-1 home win over third from bottom Hannover.

Roberto Hilbert scored with three minutes left as Stuttgart extended their winning streak to five games with a hard-earned 2-1 victory at relegation-threatened Nurnberg.
