Burnley vs Stoke City Preview & Prediction

Burnley welcome Stoke City at Turf Moor on Wednesday evening and should secure their inspiration on home ground that keep their Premier League survival alive this season.

The Clarets won 22 of their 23 points in their home ground but, after losing two of their last three clash at Turf Moor, abandonment of Owen Coyle to Bolton was a big blow and even a home run, which saw them earn victories over Man Utd and Everton, may not be enough to keep them up as they are now struggling in a relegation battle.

Midfielder Chris McCann is back in training after a knee problem but the game come too quickly for him.

Tony Pulis Stoke City have been on a gorgeous run of form lately and they are hoping to increase the presure over Clarets in their own home.

Although losing 3-1 at home to Arsenal in their last league game, that was their first failure in eight games in a row.

James Beattie and Salif Diao were not available for Saturday's match after both injuries and are indefinable for the clash. Matty Etherington and Danny Higginbotham are still struggling to return full fitness.
