Everton striker Landon Donovan has claimed that there is a 'possibility' his loan from Los Angeles Galaxy could be extended until the Premier League season finished, according Sky Sports
The American has established into Premier League life smoothly and capped eventually his last Goodison Park appearance with blue shirt with a goal in Sunday's 5-1 success over Hull City.
Donovan joined Everton in January on settlement that he would return to Los Angeles in time for the Major League Soccer season start again this month.
But, in a post-match proposition in front of Sky Sports reporter after Sunday's victory over Hull, the 28-year-old claimed there is a small options he may stay on in England a little bit longer.
"First of all, winning was appreciable and it's nice to score a goal," Donovan said.
"There is a possibility (of staying). We will know more about it this week. If that was it then I'm happy. Maybe we can stay a little longer, we'll see.
Everton boss David Moyes assumed after the game that he will do all he can to keep the American at Goodison Park.
"I might try and see if I can extend it a little bit longer but, at this moment, the word from America is that it won't be possible and we respect that decision."
